1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Eduvectus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Eduvectus provides online SAT Math preparation content including video lessons, practice questions, and analytics tools. Some content is free; additional content requires a paid enrollment.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Parent/guardian accounts may create student profiles for minors under their supervision.
4. Payment and Refunds
Paid enrollments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not share your account credentials, redistribute content, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Eduvectus — including videos, questions, explanations, and design — is owned by Eduvectus and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eduvectus is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
